OFFICERS
Bich-Ngan Nguyen, President
Bich Nguyễn leads the Arts Council with six years of experience in bringing cultural and arts programming to Northborough with prior service on the Cultural Council board. An active artist, she has contributed to several local initiatives, including the Window Wonderland program and the NCC’s Go Out Doors – Northborough public art exhibitions at Ellsworth-McAfee Park. In the non-profit sector, Bich previously served as president of the New England chapter of the Women's Association of Verizon Employees.
Suzanne Cox, Vice President & Treasurer
Suzanne Cox is past member of the Northborough Cultural Council and headed up its Public Art Campaign during her six years with the Cultural Council. The initiative is aimed at using art in our public spaces to enhance our community’s unique identity. Since starting the initiative, 3 Go Out Doors programs have been held at Ellsworth-McAfee Park and the Town Common was enhanced with a mural representing our apple faming heritage. Suzanne is excited to continue the work of enhancing placemaking through public art in the non-profit space.
Anna Katzenberger, Secretary
Anna moved from New York to Northborough 6 years ago as a retired nurse. She is a member of the Northborough Cultural Council, the Northborough Arts Council, and works at the Bistro at the Northborough Senior Center. Anna's creativity, ideas, artistic and musical influences have increased our town's community involvement and have brought local businesses and artists together.

Catherine Arcona
Catherine is a middle school language specialist and is passionate about using the arts to express and represent the diversity of culture that make up our community. She has six years experience running cultural programs in Northborough while on the Cultural Council.
Shayne Goodwin - Social Media Chair
Shayne Goodwin is a freelance artist and a new comer to the arts and cultural programming in Northborough. She brings a new and exciting perspective to efforts to enhance our community through the arts.
Guilene Prepetit
Gigi has proudly called Northborough home for more than 25 years. She is a Human Resources professional in Higher Education, and currently serves in the Northborough Personnel Board.
A trained floral designer, Gigi enjoys creating beautiful floral arrangements and spending time tending to her flower garden. She has been a dedicated member of the NAC since it's inception and enjoys helping bring art, creativity, and beauty to the Northborough community.
Lesley Shore - Fundraising Chair
Lesley is a retired elementary school educator and also a past member of the Cultural Council. She has been instrumental in the creation and success of the initial CultureFest in town and brings a positivity and energy to every effort she leads. Lesley currently heads up our non-profit fundraising efforts.
