Finding Your Photo’s Resolution:
When taking a photo, your phone camera saves it in Megapixels (total pixels). Please ensure your camera is a minimum of 12MP.
To find the pixel dimensions of a photo on your phone:
On an iPhone:
1. Open the Photos app and select your photo.
2. Swipe up on the photo (or tap the “i” (info) icon at the bottom of the screen).
3. You will see a box with camera details. Look for numbers like 12MP followed by dimensions like 3024 x 4032. Those are your pixels!
On an Android:
1. Open your Gallery or Google Photos app and select the photo.
2. Tap the three dots in the top-right corner (or swipe up) and select Details or Info.
3. Look for the resolution, which will be listed in pixels (e.g., 4000 x 3000 or 12MP).
